My deepest sympathies during your time of loss, my thoughts/prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
I had the pleasure of working with Malcolm for several years at J&J in his role as Director, Health Policy...he was extremely knowledgeable and definitely considered a Subject Matter Expert. I enjoyed his sense of humor and when things got a little crazy, Malcolm would always put the situation in perspective and ensure we came up with the right solution.
He will always be part of our memories....

Sharing my thoughts and prayers for your family on the heartache of Malcolm's passing. I worked with Malcolm at J&J and always valued his straightforward point of view and wisdom. He just did not want you to know, he wanted you to understand why. My prayers to your family.

To the Monaghan family,
I am deeply sorry for your loss. Malcolm was a friend and business partner from whom I learned a great deal. He actually wrote out, in long hand, details around how the Medicare part d benefit worked when it was first introduced, so that I could understand it for my parents.
He is greatly missed and your family is in my prayers.

To the Monaghan Family, my deepest sympathy and condolences. Having recently lost my wife I understand the sadness and joy which comes from the lost of a loved one or a lifetime or many years. Family and love are what matter at times like this and I so enjoyed my interactions with Malcom...may God bless and keep all at this time of loss and celebration of joy. Malcom was truly one of the "good guys" in his service to country, company and family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. M 2 to M 2 and as M 3 would know. So saddened to learn of Malcom's passing.

To all the family-I'm so sorry to see Malcom passed away. He was a great person who I had the pleasure of being with when our kids were in grade school and high school. He will always make me smile when I think back at those Cub Scout days, LTAA soccer and baseball days, and cheering our kids on at fencing when they were in high school. I'm sure Malcom passed on being proud to call you his family. May he Rest In Peace. Sincerely-Chris Sakos

I worked with Malcolm during his last few years at J&J. He as always proud and passionate when it came to his family. He was always direct, honest and delightfully blunt when it came to work. I admired his independence and sense of humor. I will always remember him raising his left arm above his head during a painfully long meeting when he interrupted and exclaimed "It's getting deep in here. Save your watches!"
I know you will miss him greatly. Please accept my condolences and know that our thoughts are with you.
Sincerely,
Mike Ziskind

I had the pleasure and opportunity know and work with Malcolm. He was a friend the kind of friend that you could call in the middle of the night and he would respond "How can I help"?
If you knew Malcolm you knew how much he loved his family and his friends.
Malcolm brought joy with him. He enjoyed a good laugh and a cold beer and we had many of both.
I am saddened for his family and friends at the loss. Please know are prayers are with you.
May God bless him and embrace him.

I am saddened to learn that you’re mourning the loss of your dear loved one. However, it saddens our God even more. No doubt, you have many fond memories which will resurface from time to time. Because you do have memories, it certainly shows that Almighty God has memories as well. Therefore, with full confidence you can take comfort in knowing that he longs to restore perfect life to all those in his memory (Job 14:13-15; Rev 21:3, 4). Please accept my condolences at this most distressing time.

So many times I personally turned to Malcolm for council, feedback and ideas... and there was never a time that I didn't appreciate his point of view. The news was so sudden and sad for us, and our hearts go out to Martha and the family.

I was very saddened to hear of Malcolm's passing. He was one of the true good guys Spirited with his opinions, while fun to be around. Truly enjoyed working with him. Loved that he was the tough guy who loved to do the laundry--at least so it seemed. A first ballot angel for sure. Deepest sympathies to Martha and everyone in his beloved family.
So sorry for your loss.
