I am truly sorry to hear of Craig's passing. I worked for Craig at the Ryland Inn, and followed him to the Court House Cafe in Somerville (as did many others). He was a great boss and very talented chef. Always driving us to be better. I have a great memory of being in a food show and Craig supporting the team every step of the way.
By a strange twist of fate, Craig also made our wedding cake.
God bless you Craig. You will always be a part of my history, and fondly remembered.

There are no words to express this loss. In celebration of Craig’s life there are many words. He made rec basketball bigger than big. I smile every time I think of his amazing grace and encouragement to each of the boys. I laugh loudly when I think of the time he was ejected in the final minutes of one the ‘nail-biter’ BB games. Whenever I heard someone talk about Craig, they would say he was the ‘salt of the earth’. He will be greatly missed by many. Many prayers of strength and peace for Karen, Hogan and Declan - XO

Although we're down in NC now, our thoughts will be with you and your family in the coming days.

My sincere condolences to Craig's family. He was such a nice man! I was fortunate that I got to work with him this season at the Hunterdon HUSKIES snack shack. He was so happy and always smiling! He talked to me about how proud he was of his sons' whom were in college, and that although his children had graduated from the Huskies program, he still enjoyed to volunteer. It was very sweet. I'm so glad I got to meet you. Rest In Peace Craig.

Karen,
We have been friends since we were little and immediately my heart broke from hearing this horrific news. I texted you and you immediately texted me back. We love you Karen and we will be here for you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your sons . I pray for God to give you the strength that you need to get through this. I didn't know Craig but my Mom and Dad adored him. My Dad mentioned yesterday that he was a fun loving kid, mischevious with a twinkle always in his eye. Sounds like my type of man. My Mom still makes Craig's carrots and scalloped potatoes.
I am so sorry for your pain but please know you have us/me to lean on. We are here.
May God Bless you and your family during this difficult time. Hold your boys tight Karen and may Craig rest in eternal peace.
We are so so sorry. You will be in our daily prayers.
