Finer Family, I was hugely saddened to read of the passing of my fellow co worker. I worked with Drew at Children's Specialized Hospital from 1992 to 2003. Foolishly, I did not keep in touch with Drew after i left CSH. He was such a good guy....a regular joe and i had many, many laughs with him over the years. I remember going to lunch with him one time and we went for sushi. When the waiter brought out the lunch, he looked at the plate and asked me "what is this?" "Raw fish" i replied. He looked me straight in the eye and said " I can't eat this!! get me a damn cheeseburger!" I remember always busting his chops about the Dallas Cowboys and he always defended them to the end!! As the Star Ledger said, Drew always felt that what he did was really important (it was) and he was very passionate about what he did. Think about all of those kids that led better lives because of his work. My wife (she worked with him too) and i will pray for you and your family at this difficult time. Take some comfort in knowing that his work helped countless others in need....and he was just a great guy. Kindest regards, Gene Sautner
